Product Description

G100 clevis self-locking hooks are used to fit with G100 lifting chains. The clevis is more easy to fit into the chains. After we load the chains into the clevis part, we punch the load pin on one end of the clevis to fix the fitting.

To be more safe, we have improved our self-locking hook: positive lock latch is self-locking when the hook is loaded. The hook has also been processed quenched and tempered. The heat treatment of metal   materials is an indispensable method to improve the performance of parts. Therefore, heat treatment is vital technology in the manufacturing process of G100 lifting hooks.
